ELEKTROTIM S.A. announces that on January 17, 2025, it concluded an annex to the credit agreement dated July 26, 2024 with mBank S.A., headquartered in Warsaw. The subject of the Agreement is the Company's use of a flexible revolving credit facility in the amount of PLN 27,000,000.00 granted for financing its current operations.

ELEKTROTIM S.A., announces that on January 10, 2025, it concluded a contract with TAURON Dystrybucja S.A., headquartered in Kraków, Gliwice Branch. The subject of the contract is the execution of works as part of the project titled: “Construction of a 20kV switchgear at the Wirek power station.” 

ELEKTROTIM S.A., announces that on January 9, 2025, it signed an agreement with ME Stary Grodków Sp. z o.o. The subject of the agreement is the execution of works as part of the investment project titled "Construction of the Large-Scale Energy Storage Facility in Stary Grodków." 

ELEKTROTIM S.A., headquartered in Wrocław, hereby announces that on January 2, 2025, it received information from EDF Renewables Polska Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Gorzów Wielkopolski, regarding the selection of the Company as the contractor for works under the investment project titled "Construction of the Large-Scale Energy Storage Facility in Stary Grodków."

ELEKTROTIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław informs that on December 31, 2024, it received information regarding the selection of its offer as the most favorable in the non-public procurement procedure titled "Construction of a 20 kV Switchgear at the Wirek Substation" conducted by TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. Branch in Gliwice.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław, acting pursuant to § 5 point 5 and § 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent, hereby informs that the Company’s Supervisory Board has appointed Mr. Maciej Posadzy to serve as the President of the Management Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. as of January 1, 2025. Additionally, the Supervisory Board has reduced the composition of the Company's Management Board from five to four members. Mr. Maciej Posadzy has been serving as a Member of the Management Board since July 1, 2024.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs that on December 20, 2024, Mr. Artur Więznowski, President of the Management Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A., submitted his resignation to the Company's Supervisory Board from the position of President of the Management Board, effective as of December 31, 2024, without stating the reason for his resignation.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs that, acting as the Leader of the Consortium (Contractor, Consortium), it received on December 13, 2024, a contract concluded with Tramwaje Warszawskie Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw. The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of the traction substation building "Okęcie," along with the modernization of electrical power equipment. The contract value amounts to PLN 13,904,796.01 gross, PLN 11,304,712.20 net.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. announces that on December 11, 2024, it received information regarding the selection of ELEKTROTIM S.A.'s offer as the most advantageous in the procurement process conducted by TAURON Dystrybucja S.A., Jelenia Góra Branch for the execution of construction and assembly works for the project titled: "Marciszów – modernization of the 110/20 kV R-361 power station based on variant 3 of the concept.” The value of the offer submitted by ELEKTROTIM S.A. amounts to PLN 25,400,000.00 net, PLN 31,242,000.00 gross.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. announces that, acting as the Consortium Leader, it received on December 9, 2024, a contract concluded with Tramwaje Warszawskie Sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw. The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of the "Jasna" traction substation building, along with the modernization of electrical power equipment. The gross value of the contract is PLN 11,066,747.95, and the net value is PLN 8,997,356.06.
