ELEKTROTIM S.A. (hereinafter: the Company) informs that on 28.12.2023, it entered into a multi-product agreement with ING Bank Śląski S.A. with its registered office in Katowice (hereinafter: the Bank), the subject of which is the use by the Company of a renewable credit limit, which can be used by ELEKTROTIM S.A. in the form of products (revolving credit and other banking services such as bank guarantees in PLN) to finance its current operations (Agreement).

ELEKTROTIM S.A. (hereinafter: the Company) informs that on December 28, 2023, it has entered into a reverse factoring agreement with Bank Millennium S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: the Bank), under which the Company may use a limit of PLN 20,000,000.00 (in words: twenty million PLN) until August 26, 2025 (hereinafter: Agreement; Limit).

ELEKTROTIM S.A. registered in Wrocław (hereinafter: the Company) informs that on 28.12.2023 it received a notification about the selection of the ELEKTROTIM S.A. offer as the most advantageous in the procedure conducted by Szczecin-Goleniów Airport Sp. z o.o. (Ordering Party) for the implementation of the task entitled "Execution of the CAT II navigational aid light system at Szczecin-Goleniów Airport along with accompanying infrastructure - II proceeding". The procedure is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law Act of September 11, 2019 (PPL).

ELEKTROTIM S.A. registered in Wrocław (hereinafter: the Company) informs that on 28.12.2023, it concluded an agreement with the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, Wrocław Branch (Ordering Party) (date of the agreement: 28.12.2023), the subject of which is "Improving traffic safety on DK35 in Unisław Śląski."

ELEKTROTIM S.A., based in Wrocław (hereinafter: the Company), informs that on December 18, 2023, it received notification of the selection of ELEKTROTIM S.A.'s offer as the most advantageous in the procedure conducted by TAURON Distribution S.A. Wrocław Branch (the Ordering Party) for the execution of the task entitled "Construction of the 110 kV cable line between R 101 GPZ Walecznych R 107 GPZ Kurkowa".

ELEKTROTIM S.A., based in Wrocław (hereinafter: the Company), informs that on December 15, 2023, it received notification of the selection of ELEKTROTIM S.A.'s offer as the most advantageous in the procedure conducted by the Municipality of Ząbkowice Śląskie (the Ordering Party) for the design and execution of construction works for the investment project entitled "Construction of electrical
infrastructure for the Europark Ząbkowice Śląskie Investment Zone".

ELEKTROTIM S.A. with its registered office in Wroclaw (hereinafter: the Company) hereby informs that on December 6, 2023, it received a notification about the selection of the ELEKTROTIM S.A. offer as the most advantageous in the proceedings conducted under the Act of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (hereinafter: PPL) by the General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways, Wroclaw Branch, for the project: “Improvement of traffic safety on DK35 in Unisław Śląski”.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (hereinafter: the Company) informs that on November 16, 2023, it has concluded a contract with KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. with its registered office in Lubin Copper Smelter Głogów Branch (Ordering Party) (contract date: November 16, 2023), the subject of which is the performance of construction and assembly works for the task named "P 27 Replacement of current disconnectors" and "P 27 Replacement of busbars at groups of electrolytic vats" in the Głogów Cop per
Smelter.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (hereinafter referred to as the Company, Contractor) hereby informs that on November 14, 2023, in the procedure conducted by the State Treasury - the Commander-in-Chief of the Border Guard (hereinafter referred to as the Ordering Party), the bid submitted by a consortium of companies consisting of: ELEKTROTIM S.A. – Consortium Leader and OSTOYA-DataSystem Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdańsk – Consortium Member (a company from the ELEKTROTIM Capital Group) was selected. According to the justification of the selection, the offer of ELEKTROTIM S.A. was considered the most advantageous within the meaning of Art. 239 sec. 2 of the Act of September 11, 2019, on Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1605) (hereinafter referred to as PPL).

ELEKTROTIM S.A. company, based in Wrocław (hereinafter referred to as the Company) informs that on October 18, 2023, it rec eived a notification from the Municipality of Ząbkowice Śląskie about the annulment of ELEKTROTIM S.A.'s offer selection in the procedure conducted by the Municipality of Ząbkowice Śląskie for the design and construction works for the investment project en titled "Construction of electrical infrastructure for the Investment Zone Europark Ząbkowice Śląskie" (hereinafter referred to as the notification).
