ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs that on December 22, 2022 it concluded with SOLARTECH Sp. z o. o. located in Warsaw two contracts for the construction of power connections for photovoltaic farms. 

ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs that the Supervisory Board of the Company appointed on December 14, 2022, Mr. Artur Więznowski to act as President of the Management Board of the Company and Mr. Krzysztof Wójcikowski to act as Member of the Company's Management Board.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. (hereinafter: the Company) informs that on December 13, 2022, Mr. Ariusz Bober, President of the Management Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A., resigned from the position of the President of the Management Board of the Company as of December 13, 2022.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. with its seat in Wrocław (Company), with reference to current report No. 12/2019 of July 10, 2019 and current report No. 32/2022 of December 12, 2022, informs that on December 12, 2022 the Company concluded a sales agreement of all shares held by the Company of the subsidiary PROCOM SYSTEM S.A. with its seat in Wrocław („Subsidiary”) with 16 natural persons, including Members of the Management Board of the Subsidiary, i.e. Mr. Artur Wójcikowski President of the Management Board of the Subsidiary and Mr. Bogdan Doliński Member of the Management Board of the Subsidiary, employees of the Subsidiary and persons from outside the Company not related to the Company Subsidiary, with the consent granted by the Supervisory Board of the Company („Sale Agreement”).

The company informs that on August 12, 2022, it started negotiations with Mr. Artur Wójcikowski and Mr. Bogdan Doliński regarding the sale of 3,000,000 shares of PROCOM SYSTEM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (the „Subsidiary”), owned by the Company, constituting 90.91% of the share capital of the Subsidiary, entitling to 3,000,000 votes at the General Meeting of the Subsidiary, constituting 90.91% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Subsidiary.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. (hereinafter: the Company) informs that on November 29, 2022, it received an Annex to the Framework Agreement for a multi-product line for ELEKTROTIM S.A. (date of the Annex: November 25, 2022, hereinafter referred to as the Annex), concluded with mBank S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw. The Company informed about the conclusion of the Framework Agreement in current report No. 48/2020 of November 30, 2020.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs that on November 29, 2022, it concluded with PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Branch in Łódź an contract, the subject of which is the performance of the task entitled: „Construction of the 110 kV wire powerline RPZ Brzezińska - RPZ Radogoszcz”.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. company informs that on 02/11/2022 it was informed about the completion of the tender procedure by PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Branch in Łódź and selection of the offer submitted by ELEKTROTIM S.A. as the most advantageous. The tender concerns the procedure under the name „Construction of the 110 kV wire line RPZ Brzezińska - RPZ Radogoszcz".

ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs that on August 29’th, 2022 it concluded with Nestlé Purina Manufacturing Operations Poland Sp. z o.o. a contract, the subject of which is „Preparation of an executive design and workshop drawings and delivery of all installation elements together with devices, assembly and commissioning of the installation in the existing and newly built building on the premises of the PURINA production plant in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska"

ELEKTROTIM S.A. company informs that on August 11’th, 2022 it concluded an agreement with the State Treasury - Commander in Chief of the Border Guard an annex to the agreement of March 24, 2022 for the design and construction of an electronic barrier with accompanying infrastructure on the Polish-Belarusian border, on the section of the Podlasie Border Guard Unit.
