ELEKTROTIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (hereinafter: Company), acting pursuant to § 5, point 5 and § 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodical information published by issuers of securities as well as the conditions for the recognition as equivalent of the information required by legal regulations of the country that is not the Member State, hereby informs that on 22.12.2021 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution on the appointment of Mr. Artur Więznowski for the Member of the Management Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. as of 01.01.2022.

The company ELEKTROTIM S.A. (hereinafter: Company) informs that on 22.12.2021 Mr. Dariusz Połetek, Member of the Management Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A., resigned from the function of a Member of the Company’s Management Board. The last day of performing the function of the member of the Management Board will be 31.12.2021. The letter of resignation does not specify the reason for the decision.

The company ELEKTROTIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (hereinafter: Company) hereby announces to the public the information that on 16.12.2021 Mr. Ariusz Bober, the President of the Management Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A., notified the Company of an acquisition of shares of ELEKTROTIM S.A.

The company ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs that on 30.11.2021 it received another Annex to the Framework Agreement of 25.08.2015  signed by mBank S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw whose subject matter is the use by ELEKTROTIM S.A. of the guarantees granted by the Bank as part of the granted line for bank guarantees

The company ELEKTROTIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław notifies that on 25 November 2021 it concluded a purchase and sale agreement (hereinafter: transaction) of a developed real property located in Pruszcz Gdański at ul. Obrońców Westerplatte with the total area of ​​0.8471ha with a subsidiary of ELEKTROTIM S.A., i.e. the company ZEUS S.A. with its registered office in Pruszcz Gdański.

The company ELEKTROTIM S.A. notifies that based on the aggregated financial data for the first half of the year 2021, having completed its processing today for the purposes of preparation of the consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2021, a decision has been made to notify the public about the preliminary individual and consolidated financial results.

Management Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. notifies about the change of the date of publication of the consolidated extended report of ELEKTROTIM S.A. and the Capital Group for the first quarter of the year 2021.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. notifies that on 25.08.2021 it signed an agreement with the company SK hi-tech Battery Materials Poland Sp. z o.o. whose subject is execution by ELEKTROTIM S.A. of a task entitled: “Construction of a 110kV cable line and a GPO station in order to supply power to the lithium-ion battery separators production plant in Dąbrowa Górnicza”. 

The Company ELEKTROTIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (Company) notifies that on 13.07.2021 Mr. and Mrs. Krzysztof and Ewa, the spouses Folta notified the Company about the disposal of the Company’s shares by Mrs. Ewa Folta which resulted in the change of the share held by the spouses Folta below 20% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of ELEKTROTIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (notification).
