The Management Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław at ul. Stargardzka 8, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000035081 by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register (hereinafter: the Company), acting pursuant to Art. 399 § 1, art. 4021 § 1 and 2, in connection with Art. 395 § 1, § 2 and § 21 of the Code of Commercial Companies and § 23 sec. 2 and § 24 of the Articles of Association of ELEKTROTIM S.A., convenes the Ordinary General Meeting of ELEKTROTIM S.A. on June 20, 2023, at 10:00 am at the Company’s registered office in Wrocław at ul. Stargardzka 8.
