Appointment of a Member of the Management Board as of 01.01.2022

ELEKTROTIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (hereinafter: Company), acting pursuant to § 5, point 5 and § 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodical information published by issuers of securities as well as the conditions for the recognition as equivalent of the information required by legal regulations of the country that is not the Member State, hereby informs that on 22.12.2021 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution on the appointment of Mr. Artur Więznowski for the Member of the Management Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. as of 01.01.2022.
