Appointment of two members of the Supervisory Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. company based in Wrocław (hereinafter: the Company), acting pursuant to § 10 in connection with § 5 point 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018. on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state, hereby informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of ELEKTROTIM S.A. appointed on June 23, 2022 persons to act as Members of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
