Information about the conclusion of a credit agreement with Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby informs that on 07.06.2023 it concluded an agreement with Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (hereinafter referred to as the “Bank”) for a credit line, under which the Company may utilize credit until 31.05.2026, as well as bank guarantees (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”; “Line”).
