Information about the multi-product framework agreement concluded with ING Bank Śląski S.A.

ELEKTROTIM S.A. (hereinafter: the Company) informs that on 28.12.2023, it entered into a multi-product agreement with ING Bank Śląski S.A. with its registered office in Katowice (hereinafter: the Bank), the subject of which is the use by the Company of a renewable credit limit, which can be used by ELEKTROTIM S.A. in the form of products (revolving credit and other banking services such as bank guarantees in PLN) to finance its current operations (Agreement).
