Information on signing a Letter of Intent with SK hi-tech Battery Materials Poland Sp. z o.o.

The Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs that on 07.08.2019 it signed a Letter of Intent with SK hi-tech Battery Materials Poland Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Katowice; the subject of the Letter is placing an order with ELEKTROTIM S.A. for the execution of the following task: “Building of 110 kV cable line and GPO station in order to supply the production facility of separators for batteries in Dąbrowa Górnicza” and settling the terms and conditions for the execution of the order (scope of work, material and financial plan, quality guarantee, contractual penalties and other significant contractual elements).
