The company ELEKTROTIM S.A. (hereinafter: Company) notifies that on 30.04.2021 it concluded an agreement with PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A. with its registered office in Bełchatów – Branch Zespół Elektrowni Dolna Odra, Nowe Czarnkowo (hereinafter: PGE GiEK or Ordering Party) whose subject matter is the implementation of a task entitled: „Combining of Elektrociepłownia (power plant) Pomorzany with the bays of the new 110 kV (GIS) switching station Pomorzany for PGE GiEK S.A. Branch Zespół Elektrowni Dolna Odra” (agreement). On 29.04.2021 the Company received a notification on the selection of the offer as the most advantageous.
