ELEKTROTIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław hereby informs that on 20 August 2026 it concluded an agreement with ORLEN Termika S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, the subject of which is “Construction and connection to the PSE S.A. transmission grid of a new indoor 110 kV switchgear at EC Żerań”.
The scope of works of ELEKTROTIM S.A. includes the preparation of design documentation and the construction
of a new R110-ECZ switchgear building, the supply, installation and commissioning of a 110 kV GIS switchgear free of SF6 gas, the construction of three 110 kV cable lines, as well as the adaptation of existing systems on the premises of the Żerań Combined Heat and Power Plant in Warsaw to the new 110 kV switchgear.
The remuneration for the performance of the subject matter of the Agreement has been set at PLN 124,000,000.00 net; PLN 152,520,000.00 gross
