ELEKTROTIM S.A. with its seat in Wrocław, acting pursuant to Article 28, in relation to Article 5, section 1, subsections 22 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on on current and periodical information provided by securities issuers and conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by law of a non-Member State, hereby informs that on 7 June 2016 the Supervisory Board of the Company appointed the following persons to the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Company: Jan Walulik – Member of the Supervisory Board, Wojciech Heydel – Member of the Supervisory Board.
